Born into dancefloor culture, Lazlo Paradis grew up surrounded by rhythm and movement. Raised within the communities of FadaDance and SoulSoundStudios, music and dance were part of daily life. As a dancer with FadaDance, Lazlo spent years moving to electronic music, forming a deep connection to the form.

He was introduced to DJing by his father, Hardtoe (Orion Paradis), one of Saskatchewan’s original dance music producers and live PA performers, and former AD of the Chill Tent at Connect. By the age of seven, Lazlo was already stepping behind the decks—since those early beginnings, the dancefloor has always been home.

Over time, &Guest has carved out a sound rooted in house and techno, moving from soulful, warming grooves into relentless rhythm—propulsive and layered, building and releasing pressure on the dancefloor in classic form.

Committed to pushing the scene forward, this emerging artist is also helping cultivate the next generation of dancefloor culture, organizing events like Resolution that bring new energy and community to the underground.
